Shahi Paneer Recipe: A Royal Delight for Your Taste Buds

Paneer, a versatile ingredient in Indian cuisine, is a favorite of many. One of the most popular paneer dishes is Shahi Paneer, a rich and creamy preparation fit for royalty. Made with fresh paneer, tomato puree, and a blend of aromatic spices, this dish is a staple on the menu of many Indian restaurants.

To make Shahi Paneer, start by heating ghee in a pan and adding finely chopped onions. Sauté the onions until they turn translucent and then add ginger-garlic paste. Once the paste is cooked, add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.

Next, add a blend of spices such as red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, and turmeric powder. Mix the spices well with the tomato puree and let the mixture cook for a few minutes.

Once the spices are well incorporated, add some water and bring the mixture to a boil. Add the paneer cubes and let the dish simmer for a few more minutes. Finally, add cream and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
